From reciprocating compressors to highly efficient Industrie 4.0-compatible compressed air systems with remote monitoring, Kaeser Kompressoren offers individually tailored compressed air solutions for every need in the wood processing industry. As customers have come to expect, Kaeser again provides more compressed air for less energy consumption and delivers the lowest compressed air production costs.
Kaeser Kompressoren proudly celebrates its 100th birthday in 2019 and, to mark this anniversary, will be showcasing the full extent of its expertise in the field of compressed air production and treatment at this year’s ITMA. A host of innovations will be on show under the theme of “Tradition and Innovation”, demonstrating not only the most reliable, efficient and cost-effective compressed air supply solutions available, but also the increasing importance of ‘Industrie 4.0’ for the textiles industry.
Industrie 4.0, or the Internet of Things: the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 (SAM 4.0) makes it all possible, the ability to make predictions far in advance, know today what the future holds, network components and exploit much larger data volumes than ever before, whilst also ensuring significant energy cost savings and delivering a reliable, consistent and efficient compressed air supply.
Equipped with the advanced Sigma Control 2 compressor controller as standard and featuring flow-optimised Sigma Profile airends, SM series rotary screw compressors not only fulfil user’s expectations with regards to compressed air availability and efficiency, but they also deliver high flow rates with minimal energy consumption.
Convenient, lightweight, powerful and efficient: These are just some of the key advantages of the Mobilair M 27 portable compressor from Kaeser Kompressoren. With a free air delivery of 2.6 m³/min (at 7 bar), it offers a host of optional features, such as an integrated generator and / or compressed air treatment equipment. A stationary version is also available for specialised applications and can be easily installed on the cargo bed of a truck, for example.
